“You are seeing immense change and uncertainty. I help students think critically for themselves today to lead confidently tomorrow.”

I teach because I believe in helping others think more clearly and move with greater purpose – whether they’re students, professionals, or seasoned leaders.

What I do

As an adjunct professor at Fairfield University and the University of Connecticut, and as an invited speaker for professional audiences, I combine decades of real-world financial experience with a deep belief in the power of education, learning and personal growth.

What I believe

To me, better outcomes begin with sharper thinking – and sharper thinking starts with clarity about the challenge at hand. That belief runs through everything I teach – whether I’m leading a university seminar or facilitating a leadership workshop.

Helping Students Grow

In the classroom, my focus is on helping students bridge theory and real-world application – and develop the mindset, curiosity, and clarity they’ll need to thrive in the real world.

My teaching style:

  • Practical frameworks grounded in real-world experience
  • Open dialogue that invites critical thinking
  • A focus on asking better questions, not just seeking faster answers
  • Focus on helping students move beyond the classroom with confidence

Facilitating discussions

I also speak and lead sessions for professional audiences – whether at organizations or industry events – focusing on the leadership challenges that matter most today.

Timely topics:

  • Navigating leadership transitions
  • Leading with clarity in complex environments
  • Career development in financial services
  • Long-term thinking for short-term cycles
  • Strategic decision-making for leaders
  • Building human centered leadership cultures

Curious whether this is the right fit? Let’s talk.

Whether you’re exploring coaching, looking for organizational support, or building your team’s capacity – I’d love to hear more.
